Stacking several plastic cups after the quality control, with speeds up to 32 cups/min, within a limited footprint, that's the job of our Ko-Piler.
We seperate the cups before pick-up and stack them to the wanted height. The operator can than put the stacks in the boxes at the end of the buffer conveyor.
