To register, please download the participation form and send it to the organizer’s address, either by post, by fax or by email. After consultation, you will receive a confirmation of the surface and stand number of your choice.  You can download all necessary documents from the website (floor plan, exhibitors’ list, participation form, exhibitors’ brochure) clicking on the links alongside. Please contact us by phone or by email for further information or to make an appointment at your premises. With the confirmation, you will receive a personal log-in that gives you access to the portal where you can find all information about the catalogue, exhibitors’ badges, etc… and where you can order extra services. 

Build-up days:

Monday Febrary 1th 2021 (8h00 – 24h00)
Tuesday February 2th 2021  (0u00 - 18u00)

Trade show days:

Wednesday February 3th 2021 (10h00 – 18h00)
Thursday February 4th 2021 (10h00 – 22h00) – Late-night & VIP event
Friday February  5th 2021 (10h00 - 1600)

Dismantling :

Friday February 5th 2021 – clearing of smaller equipment (17h00 – 20h00)
Smaller equipment, such as displays, brochures, furniture … can already be removed.

On Friday February 5th 2021, from 20h00 on, the stand can be non-stop dismantled until Saturday February 6th  2021 at 18h00.  
Stands can completely be cleared then (walls, carpet, heavy furniture, constructions, trusses, etc…) 

Please BE AWARE of misleading documents !

FAIRGUIDE, EXPO-GUIDE and other companies sometimes use our name in their misleading correspondence. We strongly advise you to NOT agree to their offer. If you sign their documents, you commit yourself for a term of 3 years, with an annual cost of about 1.300 ! Only communication coming from our own company is valid. If you have any doubts about certain documents, please do not hesitate to contact us.
